One of my new favorite recipes is this delicious BBQ Chicken Pizza. It is super easy and fast to make, and it’s only around 175 calories a slice (depending on how much cheese you like)! Uh, I should probably clarify..that is when you slice it into 8 pieces! Not 2 or 3! ha!
Mama Mary’s 12″ Honey Wheat Crust (premade, thin crust)
5 tbsp KC Masterpiece Hickory BBQ sauce
1.5-2 chicken breasts
3/4 c green onion
1-1.5 c shredded cheese
You just cook the chicken, slice the veggies, and assemble! For this particular crust, they recommend you preheat to 450, and then change it to 425 when you put the pizza in, and cook for 10 minutes.
It’s as easy as that, and it’s delicious!
